Inice G.1/17/2020Probably the best rental car experience I've had, and I've traveled a lot! So easy to pick up and to drop off. Just get off the plane and go to your car in the parking lot! No lines, no waiting. Then repeat on return. Just park it in the lot and let them know where it is. We got a great deal on a van. Same price as a tiny economy car with all other agencies, and it held all our snorkeling gear, chairs, cooler etc when driving to the beaches out on the end of the island. Not only did I get a reliable and affordable car, I also received great customer service from Sandee as well as convenient and efficient pick-up and drop-off. It was so easy to communicate with Sandee through text messaging instead of waiting to be answered by a fake representative like most big name car rentals. The car was waiting for me in the airport parking lot when I arrived with easy to follow instructions on pick-up and drop-off. The car was older so it came with a great price and it didn't look like a typical tourist rental so I liked that a lot, especially being local. AC worked great during this summer heat and I never had any complications with the vehicle. Aside from the usual wear and tear, it was in great condition. I never experienced such a wonderful and easy process when renting a vehicle from other companies.
