Renting with Go Rent A Car Maui is was super easy and saved us a lot of time. Rather than having to catch a shuttle or check-in with a rental company, the car was waiting in the airport parking lot for us. All we had to do was throw our bags in and go. When we were flying out we parked in the same lot and walked out to our flight! They were a great company to rent from and I wish there were more great options like this around the world!

This was the best deal on the island! Booked a mere week prior to our holiday, got the best price and exemplary service! Friendly, no nonsense, family run company. We were all (3) able to be on as drivers (at no extra cost), the van was older but exactly what we needed. After a long flight there was no messing around with rental offices and signing papers...all done prior to arrival...the car was in the lot, ready and waiting for us. Great service and value. The rental was clean and what we needed. I don't get reliable free upgrades with other rental places and do not see a need to pay for a nice rental while on vacation. The rental was great at fitting in with the local traffic and didn't scream "tourist" so I felt better with personal belongings left in the vehicle while we were at the beach. We specifically scheduled a pickup outside of the airport to avoid the parking fee upon pickup, but we were told they cannot do that on Sundays. We shouldn't have been able to request that through reservations, but it somehow slipped by. We still had to pay $15 to drive out of the airport with the car. That's why it's a four and not a five star review. Otherwise, everything was great.

This is our second time renting from Go Rent A Car Maui and both experiences have been stellar. The car parked and returned at the airport makes the whole process easy. The vehicles are in dependable,clean condition. The SUV we rented was great with lots of room for gear and a roof rack and straps for boards. Will definitely rent from this company again.
