This was especially great because we rented the car with a car seat which was already installed when we picked up the car. I don't get reliable free upgrades with other rental places and do not see a need to pay for a nice rental while on vacation. The rental was great at fitting in with the local traffic and didn't scream "tourist" so I felt better with personal belongings left in the vehicle while we were at the beach. We specifically scheduled a pickup outside of the airport to avoid the parking fee upon pickup, but we were told they cannot do that on Sundays. We shouldn't have been able to request that through reservations, but it somehow slipped by. We still had to pay $15 to drive out of the airport with the car. That's why it's a four and not a five star review. Otherwise, everything was great.read moreread less

The car is really reliable & cheap on gas eventhough the car is not that new model. The car didn't give us a problem when we drove it anywhere in Maui. The owner was really nice & very helpful.
